Looking for summer work on the Côte d’Azur? This year, there are nearly 1,200 positions to be filled, offered by more than a hundred establishments in the region, in Nice on Thursday March 5th, at a major hospitality and tourism recruitment forum.
Immediate hiring opportunities
The fifth edition of the Hospitality, Catering and Beach Employment Forum takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Centre des Congrès Océanice, on Quai Amiral Infernet located at the Port of Nice.
Around 150 employers are expected to attend, offering both fixed-term and permanent contracts across five core sectors:
- Tourism
- Hotels
- Traditional catering
- Fast food
- Private beaches
Companies hiring
The event is organised by UMIH Nice Azur & Haut Pays, the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and employment partners including France Travail, Mission Locale and Cap Emploi.
Major local names will be recruiting on site, including:
- Le Negresco
- Boscolo Nice Hôtel & Spa
- Royal Riviera
- Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat
- Mama Shelter Nice
- Crowne Plaza Nice – Grand Arenas
- Burger King
Roles range from receptionists and housekeeping staff to chefs, waiters and beach managers. Interviews will take place on site, and registration with France Travail is not required.

The forum is open to experienced candidates and first-time jobseekers alike. Organisers recommend bringing a tailored CV.
The forum is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility, and personalised assistance can be requested directly from the organisers. Tailored advice on how to enhance your resume or refine your career plans will also be available on site.
Tourism remains one of the most active employment sectors in the Alpes-Maritimes, with more than 4,000 roles already advertised since the start of the year.
